0–5 min	It hit strong and very heady, and really floating. Watch out—on higher doses it will become racy for people with busy brains.
5–15 min	We did need to use 4-7-8 breathing to calm the nerves down. It is a bit pushing at the start and a strong head high. The effect is very uplifting and energetic, which brings mental stimulation.
15–30 min	At 15 minutes and with the breathing, we get to the effect that did enhance the mood and let us focus more with a creative spark as the racy feeling ebbs a bit away.
30–60 min	The peak did hit at 35 minutes and then is getting more relaxing and uplifting, but I still need to mind my breathing to not let it become that underbelly tension. But when you manage to get outstanding energy and creative flow with a nice mood boost thanks to that uplifting feeling.
1+ hr	Around the 120-minute mark, the comedown will start. The effect is really nice now; you’re feeling very mellow, and everything is chill, but there’s still some energy and creative flow with the effect.
120++	We did really love the comedown. How pushing the start was so calming is the comedown—you keep a small bit of energy and mood boost. I think if you do not have those racy effects like me, it will be a very sociable one.
